Wie kann das, was für uns dringend ist, zu einer Chance für Begegnung und Adaption werden? Was ist dringend für unser Überleben, nicht nur in biologischer Hinsicht? Welche soziopolitischen Resonanzen erzeugt das Dringende; wie wirkt es auf künstlerische Narrative? Wie können Performer*innen es verkörpern und erfahrbar machen? Das künstlerische Forschungsprojekt On Urgency führte hierzu eine Umfrage durch und entwickelte aus ihr künstlerische Narrative.
Anmeldung mit Angabe der Kontaktdaten (Vor- und Familienname, Mailadresse und Telefonnummer) der vorzumerkenden Personen sind erforderlich per E-Mail bis 20 Uhr am Vortag der jeweiligen Veranstaltung an: theater@expedition-metropolis.de.
Das Festival übermittelt eine Bestätigung oder – falls alle Plätze vergeben sind – eine Benachrichtigung. Anmeldungen sind möglich ab dem 1. September ́20.
Der Eintritt ist wie immer frei, Spenden sind willkommen.

How can our urges be an opportunity of adaptation and of encounter? “On Urgency” explores how our urges influence artistic narratives and how they can resonate on a socio-political level. What is urgent for our survival, not only biologically? How can performers articulate the urgency and make it experiential? We sent surveys asking for people urges and we developed artistic narratives that take inspiration from the answers.
Registration with contact details (first and family name, mail address, telefon number)details of the persons to be reserved are required by e-mail by 8 pm on the day before the respective event to: theater@expedition-metropolis.de.
The festival will send a confirmation or – if all places are allocated – a notification. Registrations are possible from September 1st ́20.
As always, admission is free, donations are welcome.
