8 Times Wilder ist eine Solo-Performance, die das Dilemma einer Tierärztin erforscht, die vor der Entscheidung steht, ob – und wie – sie einen gestrandeten Wal töten soll. Hin- und hergerissen zwischen wissenschaftlicher Rationalität und spiritueller Intuition verkörpert sie diese Widersprüche und findet schließlich bedingungslose Liebe sowie eine Reflexion ihrer eigenen Seele in den Tiefen des Wals – in dessen Bauch.

8 Times Wilder is a solo performance exploring the dilemma of a veterinarian faced with the decision of whether—and how—to kill a beached whale. Torn between scientific rationality and spiritual intuition, she embodies these contradictions, ultimately finding unconditional love and a reflection of her own soul in the whale’s abyss, into the whale’s belly.
