Wie erfahren wir Resonanz zwischen uns und unserer (beschleunigten) Umwelt? Durch angeleitete Übungen aus Tanz, Theater und Spiel erzeugen und reflektieren wir gemeinsame Schwingungen, Muster und Rhythmen, wodurch Resonanz als Antwort und Echo eine ästhetische Form erhält und innere Emotionen sowie soziales Miteinander (körperlich) erfahrbar werden. Diese Schwingungen können den von außen auferlegten schnelllebigen Takt und Gefühle der Entfremdung von uns selbst, der Welt und den Menschen um uns herum durchbrechen (H. Rosa). Bitte bringt bequeme Kleidung und Neugier füreinander mit!
Nadin Tettschlag ist Sozial- und Theaterpädagogin, promovierte Sozialwissenschaftlerin und erforscht an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Pädagogik und Wissenschaft ästhetische Ausdrucksformen der Wissensproduktion und -vermittlung. Seit 2025 ist sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig im Forschungsprojekt „Kunst in Gesellschaft: Transfer als Praxis- und Wissensform“.

How do we experience resonance between ourselves and our (accelerated) environment? Through guided exercises in dance, theater, and play, we generate and reflect on shared vibrations, patterns, and rhythms, allowing resonance as response and echo to take on an aesthetic form and making inner emotions and social connection (physically) tangible. These vibrations can break through the fast-paced tempo imposed from the outside and feelings of alienation from ourselves, the world, and the people around us (H. Rosa). Please bring comfortable clothing and curiosity for one another!
Nadin Tettschlag is a social and theater pedagogue, a PhD social scientist, and explores aesthetic forms of knowledge production and transmission at the intersection of art, pedagogy, and science. Since 2025, she has been a research associate at the Braunschweig University of Art in the research project „Art in Society: Transfer as a Form of Practice and Knowledge.“ars. In addition to his work as a writer and actor, he began collaborating with the Kunstverein Familie Montez, which operates in Frankfurt and Rome, where he worked as a director. In Berlin, he launched the multimedia creative project c.a.l. perspectives and has been a member of the ExMe community since 2023.
