Das künstlerische Forschungsprojekt erforscht die Beziehung des Menschen zu seiner Umwelt. Es untersucht persönliche und gemeinschaftliche Prozesse, die sich darauf auswirken, wie wir unsere Umwelt bewohnen, sei sie öffentlicher oder privater Raum, Stadt oder Land, imaginär oder real. In den Umfragen, die hierfür durchgeführt wurden, wurden Menschen gebeten, ihre Beziehung zu einem bestimmten Ort und die Dringlichkeit, die sie in Bezug auf diesen Ort empfinden, zu beschreiben. Davon ausgehend wurden künstlerische Darstellungsweisen entwickelt.
This creative research project examines the relationship between humans and their environment. It looks at the processes that shape how we inhabit our environment: The personal and the societal ones, be they in public or in private spaces, in the countryside or of urban nature, purely imaginary or hard fact. For this end, we made a survey. We asked our participants to describe their relationship to a specific place and the sense of urgency they felt about it. Starting from our findings, we developed artistic modes of expression.
